Base Prices

- Headshot: $25 USD
- Bust: $50 USD
- Half Body: $75 USD
- Full Body: $90 USD

[The moment you commission me and provide payment you agree to be bound by these terms of service. Please read carefully before agreeing to work with me.]

General
-I have the right to decline a commission request if I feel it is too complicated, not comfortable with the subject or am unable to skillfully execute the request.
-Commissions are for digital files only, no physical copies.
-You CANNOT use artwork for selling or producing NFTs
-You CANNOT use artwork for AI generation or AI learning.
-If commissioner does not respond or provide payment to artist for one week after making the request their commission will be terminated.

Payment
- I use Paypal only in USD currency, use converter if using other currencies.
- No refunds once payment is received unless agreed upon by both parties under exceptional circumstance.
- Full payment up front.

Process
- The Artist will contact the Commissioner when ready to start the artwork.
- The Artist will provide a sketch for approval after receiving payment. Once the sketch is approved, small changes and adjustments are provided free of charge. (Max 3 per phase.)
- The Artist will keep the Commissioner updated with screenshots of the progress until completion.
- Commissioner will receive an email of commission once completed, which includes one large file, and smaller file suitable for websites and social media.

Usage & Rights
- The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The Artist has the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to, prints, merchandise, and online portfolios.
- Commissioner must provide proper credits to artist when posting online.
Personal Use
- Unless stated otherwise all commissions are personal use only.
- Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.
Commercial Use
- Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc).

Will Do
- Female and male characters
- Fanart
- OCs
- Small or simple animals
- Props
- Simple backgrounds (colors, gradients, the sky, blurred backgrounds, character takes up most of the artwork with small amounts of elements in background)

Will Not Do
- Extreme violence and gore (slight blood is okay.)
- NSFW (Slightly risque poses or sexy characters is okay)
- Mechs
- Heavy armor
- Political, religious, or offensive content
-Currently will not do large complex backgrounds
